What teams participating in this event must do to complete the registration process prior to competing is to submit/complete the following:

  1. a copy of your current J/24 Measurement Certificate
  2. a copy of your current/completed Schedule "C" Optional Equipment List
  3. a copy of the driver's and/or skipper's J/24 Class Membership card
  4. a copy of your current US Sailing Membership card
  5. a copy of the cover page of your $300K (minimum) Liability Insurance Policy
  6. the original of your Skipper and Crew Liability Release Form with all signatures present
  7. choose which four (4) sails you will be competing with and make certain that they are measured prior to attending the event and that their royalty tag numbers are registered on your current/completed Schedule "C" Optional Equipment List you're submitting for this event
  8. have all your crew sailing in this event weigh-in prior to competing (either Friday afternoon/early evening of August 5th or Saturday morning of August 6th)
  9. comply with all IJCA/USJCA Rules and Regulations (this includes the 2011 J/24 Class Association stern sticker installed on the transom of your boat)
